springtime already?
There's dafodils about to start blooming. The breeding pair of red-shouldered hawks have returned and are taking nest materials to all of the tall trees nearby. Didn't think they'd want to raise their babies with the red-tailed hawk's feeding platform nest in my front yard (no babies, seems she just uses it to eat the critters), but they don't seem concerned with her. I love them, they sing to each other all morning long. Glad they came back again this year. Maybe we'll get to see them raise some more babies.
